Mandy Harvey is deeply engaged in humanitarian work, with a strong focus on disability inclusion, advocacy for the deaf and disabled communities, and using her music and platform to inspire and uplift others facing challenges.
Mandy serves as an ambassador for No Barriers USA and the Invisible Disabilities Association, where her mission is to encourage, inspire, and assist people in overcoming personal barriers. She actively participates in nonprofit initiatives, especially those focused on accessibility, inclusion, and breaking stereotypes about disability. Mandy's musical projects, such as her album "Papercuts," feature messages of positivity and disability inclusion, raising public awareness and promoting accessibility in the arts.
She releases American Sign Language (ASL) music videos to make her music accessible to the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Mandy conducts master classes and speaks publicly to highlight the importance of accessibility and challenge misconceptions about disabilities. Mandy mentors at organizations like Feel the Magic, where she helps support people coping with loss and personal challenges.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she co-wrote a children’s book to inspire resilience and hope among young readers.
