background

Eddah Wanyoike is recognized for her active humanitarian and philanthropic work, particularly in Florida and Africa. As Mrs. Florida America 2025, she uses her platform to advocate for various social causes, often highlighting her African roots and commitment to making a difference. She has played key roles in charity art galas that raised significant funds for causes like pediatric cancer support and providing solar power to a Maasai village. Her efforts extend to initiatives empowering children, such as work with the Child Hope Foundation, where she focuses on making a global impact on youth empowerment and development.

Eddah has partnered with Kids Beating Cancer, donating original paintings created by young Isabella to help inspire and support fundraising efforts at their gala (which raised over $2 million). She has collaborated with Runway to Hope for multiple events, including Trunk or Treat, supporting families of children battling pediatric cancer. She has worked alongside The Yadery to raise funds for Runway to Hope initiatives, helping children in medical treatment and partnered with The Ripple Project for the Be Bold Go Gold campaign at the Florida State Capitol, raising awareness for pediatric cancer.

Internationally, Eddah has supported children in Kenya through back-to-school drives, providing uniforms and essentials to help them continue their education, as well as proposed the development of a rehabilitation center in Kenya in collaboration with Victoria’s Voice Foundation to support families affected by addiction.

Her outreach efforts have supported a variety of women’s empowerment and advocacy, supporting Uncovered, the Film and StandUp Survivors, raising awareness about domestic violence and empowering survivors through storytelling and education.

Eddah has crowned over 900 children with special needs at the Make ‘Em Smile Festival with Nathaniel’s Hope, celebrating inclusion and joy for all. She styled and uplifted children with cancer during the Bloomingdale’s Bash, promoting confidence through beauty and fashion and promoted Isabella’s Journey, a 6-year-old heart transplant survivor whose artwork was displayed in a Miami gallery to inspire hope and courage.
